I am Elizaveta Lohninger and it is my passionate mission to make ultimate success in the hotel industry possible for everyone.
My journey began with a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management from IU International University in Germany, followed by additional education at EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland – one of the world’s leading hotel universities. Here I expanded my hotel management skills with expertise in hotel investment valuation, feasibility studies and hotel asset management. With remarkable success and outstanding achievements, I not only mastered the theory, but also demonstrated my skills in practice. In the process, I had the opportunity to get to know different types of hotels – from vibrant city hotels and idyllic vacation resorts to wll-known hotel chains and unique individual hotels.
With work experience in tourist destinations such as Munich, Kitzbühel, London, Zell am See – Kaprun, I could observe the development of the different markets at first hand and gain valuable insights.
I have not only mastered hotel management operations, but also developed a deep understanding of guest needs and satisfaction. Where I let you know who I am and why you should listen to me.
Here goes…
I started off going to university as a gal that wanted to work in the government.
You know – Easy life, lots of perks, benefits and a guaranteed pension.
Woohoo!
Turns out The Adjustment Bureau had different plans for me.
I actually did start out in university though…
Attending lectures during the day, and working at a restaurant by night.
Kind of a tragic superhero story huh?
That’s when I bumped into my now fiancé, Stefan.
Not so tragic after all.
Stefan was in the process of running his own online business…
So I decided to give it a shot too – He was doing book publishing.
After publishing my first 5 books and making a tiny bit of money…
I decided it wasn’t for me.
But it awoke something in me…
It awoke the sleeping entrepreneur inside…
And once I realised that I could actually make money from my iPad…
My life literally changed forever.
(Yes, I meant iPad. I didn’t have a laptop at this point).
Anyway – Fast forward a couple of months and I found Amazon FBA…
Kind of like you’ve just found it right now.
Soon after, I enrolled in a course called ‘The Amazing Selling Machine’…
Which taught me how to do Amazon FBA the right way.
I had no previous experience – Heck I didn’t even have a laptop.
I was still working as a waitress, and still going to university…
And I was building my Amazon business in the little spare time I had…
From an iPad and a wifi connection.
But I was consistent.
I kept coming home and working on my business…
And the tiny amount of savings I earned as a waitress, I’d put it into my business.
Key word – Sacrifice.
I had no social life, no TV, no bullsh*t. I was just building what was in front of me…
And what was eventually going to change my whole life.
My online business.
I underwent the journey of self-development and personal improvement…
And in 2014, my one-product store turned into 3 products.
That’s when I set myself a challenge.
I saw how my business was going, and decided to take a semester off school.
I set a business goal for myself during that semester off…
If I hit the business goal that I set – I wasn’t going back.
It doesn’t take a psychic to know what happens next…
My business ended up growing so much…
That any salary I could expect in my ‘dream career’ was SMASHED by my business.
Fast forward a few setbacks, struggles, and a lot of learning…
At 24, I was a self-made millionaire.
I say self-made, but that’s just because I busted my socks off to get what I wanted…
But to tell the truth, my success was due to the guidance I received along the way.
