purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users.
The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server and
stored there. For more information on how Google Analytics handles user
data, please see Google’s privacy policy at the following link https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de
  • 5.2. You can prevent this by
setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. The information generated
by cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address) is
transmitted to a Google server and stored there. Google will use this information
for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on
website activity. We use this information solely for the purposes of our own
market research and to optimize the design of the website.
  • 5.3.Google may also transfer
this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such
third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not
associate your IP address with any other data. You may refuse the use of

with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the
European Commission (in the case of the USA: “Privacy Shield”).
  • 5.6. The data processing is also based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website.

We use the function “Activation of IP anonymization”. This means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the EU or in other contracting states of the EEA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

  • 7.1. Third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated on the website. This always requires that
the providers of this content perceive the IP address of the users, especially since without the IP address the content cannot be sent to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is thus required for the display of this content. We endeavor to use only such content whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the content. However, we have no
influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as this is known to us, we inform the users about it.
  • 7.1.1. YouTube videos: Videos
stored on YouTube are embedded on this website. The website only enables the
connection to YouTube. YouTube is a service provided by Google. For all YouTube
videos on this website, the so-called “extended data protection mode”
is activated. YouTube provides this extended data protection mode and thus
ensures that YouTube does not store any cookies with personal data on your
computer. When calling up the website and embedding the videos, the IP address
is transmitted. This cannot be assigned unless you have logged in to YouTube or
another Google service before accessing the page or are permanently logged in.
As soon as you start the playback of an embedded video by clicking on it,
YouTube only saves cookies on your computer through the extended data
protection mode, which do not contain any personally identifiable data. These
cookies can be prevented by appropriate browser settings and extensions. For
more information on the integration of YouTube videos, please visit the
    information page of YouTube.
  • 7.1.2. Our website also contains the following third-party content: maps from Google Maps, Instagram, Xing. This always requires that the providers of this content perceive the IP address of the users, because without the IP address they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is thus necessary for the display of this content. We endeavor to use only such content whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the content. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as this is known to us, we inform the users about it.
